Service and Maintenance
In order to help minimize the chances of an accident and possible injury or
death, it is critical that you have any repair or maintenance, which is not
specifically described in your owner's manual, be performed by a professional
service center in your area. This includes routine maintenance, future
adjustments, and repair or replacement of damaged or abused products. It is
equally important that you understand that the maintenance requirements for your
particular Nirve product will vary, depending on factors including - but not
limited to - your riding style, weather conditions, and terrain to which you
expose the product. Nirve recommends you keep detailed records and maintain a
consistent service schedule with a local professional service center. Please
consult a professional dealer in your area for specific maintenance guidelines.
Service credits can only be applied to the purchase of Nirve or Voxom products (excluding postage and/or handling), and will only be granted for expenses incurred for Nirve bicycle assembly charges.
Service credits may not be combined or "saved" for a singular purchase, but can only be used on a one credit per purchase basis. Service credits may not be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with special promotions or prices.
WARNING !
Many bicycle service and repair tasks should only be performed by experts
whose special skills, training, and access to the necessary tools qualify them
to handle such work. With regard to rider safety and the operating integrity of
its bikes, Nirve generally does NOT recommend that anyone but a professional
handle repairs and adjustment on Nirve products. Improper assembly, adjustments,
or service may not only result in serious damage to the product, but - of
greater concern - may contribute to serious rider injury or even death.
