Returns and Exchanges

At Nirve, we take great pride in our superior products, exceptional savings, and outstanding customer service. We want you to be happy with each purchase you make. If that means refunding, returning, or exchanging an item you purchased from us, we'll gladly do it. In any case, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Nirve will not accept any return item without this number (see Return Authorization section). Requests must be made within five (5) business days of your receipt of the order.

Our policies on returns and exchanges are simple:

Returns
If a Nirve product you ordered is not to your satisfaction, simply ship it back to us for a refund. When neccessary, we may charge a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped within five (5) business days of receiving the product. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Any product returned for a refund must be in unused condition, and in its original packaging. Nirve will credit your account upon receipt of the returned goods.

Exchanges
You may exchange any unused Nirve product in it's original packaging (not assembled), within five (5) business days after receiving the order, for a similar product item only. "For example, if you ordered the wrong color or size bicycle, we will exchange your bicycle for the correct color or size". We will refund the shipping charges - upon your furnishing of a receipt - if the Nirve product arrived damaged, or was the wrong item as a result of our error. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. When neccessary, we may also charge a 15% restocking fee.
Return Authorization Number (RA #)

In order to return or exchange any Nirve product, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Simply call the Nirve Customer Service Department toll free at 1-888-BY-NIRVE (1-888-296-4783) to obtain an RA #. At that time, one of our Customer Service staff will issue you an RA # and guide you through the process, painlessly and effortlessly. Be sure and mark this RA # on top of your box to be returned. All returns must be sent via a carrier that is able to issue a tracking number (such as UPS or FedEx). Returns sent via the U.S. Postal Service must be returned via certified, registered mail. All returns are to be sent complete to the following address:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember that you must first obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to shipping any Nirve product back to us. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an accompanying Return Authorization Number (RA#). It is vital that your assigned Return Authorization Number is conspicuously marked on your package as previously described. These measures ensure that you receive the quickest, most effective service.
