Nirve® Bicycles stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your Nirve bicycle.  Our bicycles are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. See Nirve's Warranty Guidelines for details.

 

In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from the Nirve Online Store, you can return your item(s) as follows:

 

• Items purchased online and picked up at an authorized Nirve Retailer or Authorized Service Center within 30 days of purchase.

 

• The full cost paid for the bicycle will be refunded minus all shipping charges. These shipping charges include the original $49.00 shipping charge as well as an additional $49.00 return shipping charge.

 

• NIRVE will issue an additional $95.00 restocking fee for all bicycles returned.

 

• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.

 

• Contact returns@nirveallaccess.com to initiate a return. You will be issued a return authorization number and Nirve will ship you an oversized carton along with a return shipping label to use to return your bicycle.
