Assembly of Bicycles

All Nirve bicycles comes with an owner's manual and instruction to assemble. All Nirve bicycles are 85% assembled in our factory, with minimal disassembly for shipment. Each bicycle unit comes complete with most of the tools necessary to complete the final assembly. Within the first 30 days, you will need to take your bicycle to your local professional bicycle retailer for adjustments. This is the normal break-in period, and will help ensure the life of your bicycle, as well as a fun and safe ride.

Assembly Credit for Bicycles

Nirve wants to ensure that each bicycle it offers is safely and properly assembled. This is why Nirve offers a credit to those who feel that they are unable to properly assemble our bicycles. Nirve asks that if the buyer is not comfortable performing the final assembly, that within the first thirty (30) days, they take the bicycle to their local professional bicycle service center to complete the assembly. If you opt to do this, Nirve will furnish you a credit of up to $15.00 towards your next purchase from us. Simply send us your receipt. It must clearly show that the relative charges were assessed "for the assembly of a Nirve bicycle." In addition, the receipt must reflect the name, address, and phone number of the bicycle service center, as well as the cost and date of service. Please mail it, with a copy of your Nirve invoice, to the following address:

Service credits can only be applied to the purchase of Nirve or Voxom products (excluding postage and/or handling), and will only be granted for expenses incurred for Nirve bicycle assembly charges. Service credits may not be combined or "saved" for a singular purchase, but can only be used on a one credit per purchase basis. Service credits may not be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with special promotions or prices.
